Return Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on special order items. Other items being returned must be in resalable condition before a refund or credit is granted. All refund notices must occur within 14 days of the customer receiving their order and be cleared by our office. Customers are responsible for the return shipping, customs and/or duty fees when a return courier is used.
NOTE: Returning products may be difficult due to the hazardous nature of the materials. Unfortunately we cannot process a FedEx call tag for a customer who is not TDG certified to ship hazardous materials. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Damaged Shipments
On those rare occasions where items have been damaged during transit, it is up to the customer to contact our office to file an appropriate claim. Damaged items SHOULD NOT be returned unless otherwise directed by 2K Technologies.
Statement of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
As a condition to and consideration for Seller’s sale and delivery of the goods and products ordered by Buyer, Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows:
1. Seller has not made nor does it make any express warranties of any kind with respect to the goods which are sold hereunder.
2. The use of any sample(s) or model(s) of the goods or displaying the applications of the goods prior to Buyer’s request to purchase such goods serves only to indicate the type of good(s) available. The use of such sample(s) or model(s) by Buyer or Seller does not nor was it intended to create any promise or warranty on the part of Seller that the goods sold hereunder will conform to such sample(s) or model(s).
3. Seller warrants that the goods sold hereunder conform to the specifications contained in the printed material which was provided to Buyer by Seller prior to Buyer’s request to purchase such goods or those specifications to which Seller has expressly agreed in writing at the time of the sale, if any.
4. In the event of a breach of Seller’s warranty as set forth above or otherwise, Buyer agrees that its sole remedy shall be to receive the repair or replacement of the goods sold hereunder, at the Seller’s option. Subject to the foregoing, any such claim must be made within three (3) months from the date of delivery or same shall be permanently barred.
5. Buyer expressly disclaims all other warranties expressed, implied, common law or statutory, arising by custom or trade usage or otherwise, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any unique, particular, special or express purpose, and Buyer waives all other claims against Seller whatsoever including without limitation, any claims for damages (general or special, direct or indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary) or for any claim for the loss of profits, business expectancies, goodwill or otherwise, in contract, strict liability or tort, arising out of or in connection with Buyer’s purchase or use of the goods sold hereunder.
6. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for the Seller any other liability in connection with the sale or use of goods sold hereunder.
7. Buyer expressly assumes full risk of all personnel, property and economic damage or loss, either direct or indirect arising from the use, misuse or failure to determine the appropriate use of any goods purchased hereunder.
8. The statements contained in this Statement of Warranty and Limitation of Liability are not subject to any other agreements, understandings or warranties and same may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by Seller.
